Micheliano Flavour

Liviano has never belonged to the restaurants where time had stopped and menu contained a lot you could find in many other restaurants. Liviano has always been open to new flavours. After two years of reign of Tuscany flavours in sign of Jamie Oliver cuisine, Liviano brings in cooperation with holder of Michelin Star original flavour – Micheliano.

And what exactly is Micheliano?

It  is new concept of original flavour you can come across only in the world. It is a step forward within gastronomy in Slovakia, it is a flavour, essence and philosophy based on cooperation of two - combining experience with spontaneity, Slovak cuisine with fresh elements  as well as open-mind with the best food. It is cooperation of Pavel Pospíšil – the only 'Czecho-Slovak' who reached Michelin Star and Liviano restaurant - cooperation that brings new original flavour to our restaurant.
